Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items can be returned if defective and also non-defective
A return label is included in your package for your convenience.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges if you’d prefer a different item or if your product is defective. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

How to Return an Item

Repack the item in its original packaging.
Use the return label included in the box.
Drop the package off at your nearest Royal Mail location.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
