These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the £500 Voucher Giveaway Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by CasaDecorLiving (“we”, “our”, “us”), available at https://casadecorliving.co.uk (“Website”).

By participating in this Promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

1. Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18 years or older.

  2. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of CasaDecorLiving are not eligible.

  3. Internet access and a valid email address are required to participate.

 

2. How to Enter

  1. Entry is automatic with any product purchase made on our Website during the Promotion Period.

  2. One no-purchase entry per person is permitted.

  3. No-purchase entry method: Customers may enter by emailing their full name, postal address, and email address to support@casadecorliving.co.uk with the subject line:

    “£500 Voucher Giveaway Entry”.

 

 

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 23 November 2025 and ends on 23 November 2026 at 23:59 GMT.

 

4. Prizes

  1. A total of three (3) CasaDecorLiving £500 digital vouchers will be awarded.

  2. Each voucher may be used only on https://casadecorliving.co.uk.

  3. The voucher is valid for 5 years from the date the winner receives it by email.

  4. The voucher may be used on any product unless stated otherwise on the Website.

  5. Maximum of one voucher per winner.

  6. Total number of prizes is strictly limited to three (3).

 

5. Winner Selection

  1. Three orders will be chosen at random during the Promotion Period, and a voucher card will be placed inside the physical package.

  2. Winners must follow the instructions on the card to confirm their email address.

  3. Once confirmed, the £500 voucher will be emailed to the winner within 5–10 business days.

  4. Winners must respond within 7 days to validate their claim.

  5. If no response is received, the prize may be forfeited and a replacement winner selected.

  6. Random selection will occur fairly and transparently using an internal randomisation process.

 

 

6. Prize Delivery

  1. Voucher claim instructions will be physically included in three randomly selected shipments.

  2. The actual £500 digital voucher will be delivered only by email after the winner confirms their details.

  3. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or inactive email addresses.

 

 

7. General Rules

  1. No cash alternative, refund, or exchange is available.

  2. Voucher may not be resold or transferred.

  3. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.

  4. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

  5. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this Promotion if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

 

 

 

8. Limitation of Liability


By participating, entrants agree that CasaDecorLiving will not be liable for:

 

  • technical issues,

  • delivery delays,

  • lost communications,

  • incorrect email addresses, or

  • issues outside our reasonable control.

 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

 

 

9. Data Protection & Privacy

  1. Personal data collected during the Promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  2. Data will be used solely for administering the Promotion and contacting winners.

  3. Winners’ first name and general location (e.g., “Helen from Bristol”) may be announced publicly unless the winner opts out.

 

 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
